  The licensee of this business is Michael ‘Mike’ Martin and should be avoided at all costs! He has changed QBCC licences three times since escaping the ACT and we have found his attitude, ‘workmanship’ and financial integrity to be intolerable. We had to take him to court (twice!) to recover funds and under his previous QBCC licence, he was fined $2000 for failing to attend to QBCC’s categorised defective works inside our home. Among our other numerous defective works, Mr Martin had to rebuild a 27 m sq balcony which failed subsequent QBCC inspection, costing our family immense inconvenience. Later we discovered more defects which were ‘out of time’ with the QBCC and we wore the costs. One could not find a worse builder. I can factually, chronologically and visually back this review with full documentation, photos, court documents and copies of abusive emails if need be.
